From Nurse Lewis:
This year, Houston ISD is participating in a unique health service called Hazel Health. It is a FREE telehealth program that both the school nurse and the parent/guardian can access. Hazel Health offers telehealth visits both at school (set up by the nurse) and at home (7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday).
The visit is FREE and you can use these services regardless of whether you have health insurance or not. If you do have health insurance, it will not be billed, but you will be asked to provide your insurance information when you register. Questions can be directed to nurse Lewis at Keely.Lewis@Houstonisd.org
5th Grade Activities
5th Grade families: please take time to read over the emails from the Graduation Chair or visit the 5th Grade Activities webpage.
There are action items for you to take care of!
