The 2023 Poe HAPPY 95TH BIRTHDAY Carnival will be held on Saturday, October 21st from 10am-3pm!

Message from the President and Carnival Chairs: Thank you to everyone who showed up for the Carnival. The Poe Carnival is the longest running carnival in HISD history and every year we have outstanding and generous support of our community for this event. Whether you sponsored a booth, donated to the carnival, lent us a tent or crockpot, volunteered for a shift, or simply came to have fun, it is appreciated so much. This community is what makes this event a success!

A huge shout out to the Carnival Team for their incredible hard work and support! The Carnival could not have been possible without them and all the volunteers who made this event happen, so Thank you!

On October 21st, Poe Elementary School will be transformed into a Birthday Party extravaganza! This community event will have games, performances, food, and fun for the whole family.
