Carnival - 2025-2026

The 2025 Poe Carniva l will be held on Saturday, October 18th, from 10 am to 2 pm!

Online pre-sales of Carnival T-Shirts are running through September 26th!

(The office will not be accepting cash orders).

T-shirts will also be available for purchase (cash and credit card) on October 15th & 16th at drop-off and pick-up times, in front of the school, while supplies last!! Any leftovers will be sold at the Carnival ticket booth.

The deadline for sponsorship recognition on T-shirts is September 26th.

The deadline for recognition in publications is October 8th.

Ticket PRE-ORDER deadline is October 13th.

Corporate Logo Upload For Carnival Booth Sponsors, if interested, please attach your company logo if available prior to submission. Adobe Illustrator "ai" file types (vector based image) are preferred. If unavailable, or if you have questions please email carnival@poepto.org. T-shirts will be delivered to student’s homeroom teacher and will need to be signed for by your student. If you do not receive your purchase before the Carnival event, the Poe PTO will have tables outside the school during designated drop off and pick up times the week before carnival. Alternatively you can visit the Sales Booth on the day of Carnival to pick up your order. PLEASE BRING YOUR RECEIPT FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE!!

Your purchases and donations help support this historic Poe event, which in turn helps the Poe PTO in raising much needed funds used to enhance our children’s education.
