Thursday Field Trip Details
Families of Mr. Ponce's class:

The 5th grade is going on a field trip this Thursday, Oct. 10 to The Hobby Center followed by lunch at Discovery Green.

Here are two important updates:

1. Mr. Ponce's class needs one parent volunteer to chaperone the field trip.

This person must be VIPS approved and must ride in the bus with students. Please email me (moriarty.cutrufo@gmail.com) if you would like to volunteer. Please note that parents cannot meet students at either the Hobby Center nor at Discovery Green.

2. Lunch will be provided to all 5th graders — pizza and Kona Ice.

The permission slip instructed families to send a sack lunch for the students. But thanks to the hard work of those who have been organizing this event, the students will now be provided with Pizza and Kona Ice at Discovery Green after the show. Unless families choose to send a sack lunch for their child (dietary restrictions), there is no need for the students to bring any food.

Thank you,
Shannon
