Teacher Appreciation Week May 5-9
Hello Everyone!
Teacher Appreciation Week is next week May 5-9. The PTO will be providing different meals or snacks in the teacher lounge each day. Please see the attached flyer and feel free to participate on any day next week as we show our appreciation for Mrs. Hubbard and all wonderful teachers at Poe.
On another note:
SAVE THE DATE: Field Day is scheduled for Thursday May 29th. I will share information as it becomes available.

Thanksgiving Feast- 11/21/24
Parents are invited to join students next Thursday 11/21/24 for Poe’s Annual Thanksgiving lunch from 10:00am to 10:30am. You may bring your own food or purchase a lunch tray for $5. Hope to see you there!

Movie Night!
Just a reminder that this Friday, November 15, is movie night at Poe! We will be screening Elf on the basketball court. The event starts at 5:30 with the movie screening around 6pm. It is free to attend. Bring your own snacks or purchase popcorn and pizza on-site. Make sure you bring a blanket to sit on!
We also still need a few volunteers to help with set-up and selling concessions. If you’re able to help, please sign up here:
Solo un recordatorio de que este viernes 15 de noviembre es la noche de película en Poe. Estaremos exhibiendo la película Elf en la cancha de baloncesto. El evento comienza a las 5:30 p.m., y la película se proyectará alrededor de las 6:00 p.m. La entrada es gratuita. Puedes traer tus propios bocadillos o comprar palomitas y pizza en Poe. ¡No olvides traer una manta para sentarte!

Help! Volunteers needed for Saturday’s Carnival!!
Hello Mrs. Hubbards’ Pre-k Parents!
We need your help to staff the Pick-a-Duck booth at Carnival! This is the prek booth and it is very popular. All instructions will be at the booth - mostly helping take tickets or check wristbands, managing the game and handing out prizes. It's very fun and right in the middle of all the carnival action.
Please sign up for a shift or two and let’s show our preschool pride!
